To prevent rushing through your postures, you will also focus on maintaining pace and keeping the body temperature consistent. This will provide you with better mental focus while on your mat.
This is a great class for beginners, but all skill levels will benefit. You will move your body in a gentle, comfortable way; encouraging movement without the potential for strain.
